An opportunity for ladies to ask questions on yoga for health and well-being, as well as themed evenings to include topics such as ‘Balancing blood sugar with metabolism’, ‘digestion’ and ‘stress’.

A 1 hour, one-to-one, Yoga session is £40. For a class of 2 people: £20 per person. For a class of 3 people: £15 per person. So, come and enjoy your Yoga with a friend or two. Please organise your own groups if this is your preferred option and call to reserve your session.
